Abstract

The rapid development of offshore energy systems presents significant opportunities and challenges for sustainable marine resource management. This study explores innovative strategies that integrate renewable energy technologies with environmental stewardship practices to promote a sustainable blue economy. Using a combination of case study analysis, simulation models, and stakeholder consultations, the research identifies key factors influencing the efficiency, environmental impact, and economic viability of offshore renewable energy projects. The findings highlight best practices for minimizing ecological disruption, enhancing energy efficiency, and supporting long-term socio-economic benefits for coastal communities. This paper provides actionable insights for policymakers, engineers, and environmental managers engaged in sustainable marine development.
